Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under applicable consumer law. The terms below offer a longer, more generous window on top of this right and do not reduce your statutory protections.

Our 30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a full refund, items should be returned in the condition described below.

Condition of returned items

• Unused and undamaged, in resaleable condition.
• Complete with all parts, cables, adapters and accessories.
• In their original packaging where possible.

You may open the packaging to inspect a product, as you would in a shop. Items showing use or damage beyond reasonable inspection may receive a reduced refund to reflect the loss in value.

How to start a return

• Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you wish to return.
• We will confirm your return and send you the correct return address and instructions.
• Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.

Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns must be registered first so we can process them correctly.

Who pays return shipping

• Change of mind: you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover the return cost (see below).

We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or earlier where required by law). We will email you when the refund is processed; your bank or card provider may take additional days to display the funds. There are no restocking fees.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping you pay. Defects that appear later are covered by the 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. These remedies are in addition to your statutory rights.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items requested for return outside the 30-day window (subject to your statutory and warranty rights).
• Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery beyond reasonable inspection.
• Items returned without their parts or essential packaging.

Returns and overseas shipping

Because our products are dispatched by overseas suppliers, the return address we give you may be a regional or supplier location rather than a local one. We will always provide the correct address when you start a return — please use it and a tracked service, and do not return items to the sender address on the parcel.
